Hot Foot powder is an old hoodoo recipe, which derived from African foot-track magic. It is used to make an unwanted person leave an area, or leave the practitioner alone.

Now you will have to enchant this. You can do this using whatever words or process is appropriate for your personal style of magic. The traditional way is to use the 35th psalm, praying over the mixture with strong focus and intention, visualising both your target and the desired result.

Caution:
Now that your powder is activated and ready for use, you must take care not to allow it to touch your own skin. Use spoons, and wear disposable gloves if possible, when handling it. Sprinkle it from its jar, or use a disposable brush to apply it in oil form. This may need to be re-applied several times to achieve the desired results – some people are more stubborn than others, but it is effective. You can also combine it with an open road spell for the target, further encouraging them to leave by opening other opportunities in other places. Their situation may even improve by leaving.
